Nightstrider nodded slightly and hummed softly, settling on the building. The roof groaned, but held their weight. "Want to drink your energon while we wait?"

"I insist that you drink first," She clicked, giving her a look. "You need it more than I do, you lost quite a bit of energon!"

Nightstrider hummed. "My body has been drawing from my stores. But sure; I'll drink a cube. You still have the one I gave you." She pulled out another and sipped from it.

She nodded and took the cube, drinking it down slowly as she kept her optics out. "Taking them a while," She chuckled. "Wonder if they got lost."

Nightstrider hummed. "We did land on the far end of the continent. They have a long drive. We'll be here for a while."

"Then I suggest we get comfortable!" She laughed, drinking down her cube at last and tossing it as far and hard as she could, keeping it away from the humans.

Nightstrider hummed and tucked it away for later. She watched the night sky with a calm look, even as the area evacuated, and the police arrived to keep an eye on them. She knew their bullets wouldn't harm them, and they weren't threatening the police. "Just ignore the humans with weapons for now. They don't havae the bullets to harm us."

Whiplash made a face at the humans. "You'd think they'd have better weapons with Cybertronians living among them for so long?" She snorted and ignored them as Nightstrider had said.

"Common law enforcement like these, no. Now the military will definatly." Nightstrider replied.

"...I really didn't need to know that," She shuddered at the thought. She looked up the human military and saw that many things were classified... especially when concerning their kind when they were involved.

Nightstrider let off a set of clicks and whistles as dawn approached. Mumbling to herself, she sighed. "I missed dawns on earth. Millennia on a dawnless Cybertron can make you appreciate the little things now."

Whiplash shrugged in response and saw some vehicles approaching with a large, flamed semi in the lead. "I'm guessing thats the Autobots?"

Nightstrider hummed. "No idea. Haven't ever actually met Prime before. But that's probably him." she let her leg swing down, twitching her toes as the police flinched.

Whiplash carefully dropped down from the building, making the police scatter and shout, drawing their weapons to aim at her. She scowled and made a face at them but did little more than that.

Nightstrider watched some military people approach the police as the autobots drew near. There was a hissing of gears, and then she watched them unfold from her perch. Clicking, she gingerly climbed down, careful not to tear any welds.

Whiplash watched in awe, a little paranoid when most of the mechs present towered over her. She didn't back down however and faced them with a blank face.

Touching the ground, Nightstrider moved to stand next to Whiplash, flexing her doorwings and antenna's slightly. Her armor shifted and flexed slightly, settling both layers flat again.

At last, the largest of the group transformed and Whiplash immediately felt a bit of intimidation as she looked at him.

"I am Optimus Prime, leader of the Autobots," His deep baritone voice rang out.

Nightstrider looked up at Prime, and hummed. "I am Autobot Nightstrider, here to join you on earth. I tire of being alone." she gently nudged Whiplash. "This is Whiplash."

Ironhide rolled his cannons irritably, noting that only one of the new arrivals was an Autobot. The other was a Con, though the autobot femme, if you could call that a femme, was showing slight hints of guarding her. It was all in the posture; a slight tilt of the wings, a shift of a hip, the twitch of a finger.

"I welcome you to Earth," Optimus nodded to her. "But, is this not a Decepticon with you? Or has she defected and chosen to side with the Autobots?"

"I've... decided to switch sides," She replied softly.

Nightstrider's antenna flexed upwards. "For all its worth, she kept me from bleeding to death outside the city." she said. "My life isn't worth much, but she still saved it, so that makes her alright in my book. Besides, she hasn't been hostile."

Ironhide rolled his cannons again, studying them silently.

Optimus nodded. "Then I welcome you, Whiplash. Arrangements will be made at base for your arrival. Are you well enough to travel, Nightstrider? Our human comrades can call a transport if you need one."

I clicked and watched the one with the cannons closely, not really liking him.

Nightstrider hummed. "I've gone since the Battle of Tyger Pax without a medic. I don't think I'm quite likely to fall apart on a drive to the base."

Tucking his cannons away, Ironhide snorted and crossed his arms. What Prime said, Prime meant, and by any conclusion, there would be no blood shed.

Optimus nodded and exchanged a few words with Lennox before telling the rest of his men to transform and roll out.

Whiplash folded down into her alt mode and waited on Nightstrider, keeping an optic on her.

Nightstrider gave a groan and transformed, some of the patches and temporary welds pulling. Settling on her axels, she wasn't sure if she had torn anything or not.

Ironhide folded down with a grunt, settling into his truck form grumpily.
