Sunstreaker rumbled. "I agree. We could all use a good rest." He lead them to a table big enough to seat them all.

Whiplash chirped and kissed him quickly. "Thanks, Sides~"

Prowl took the cube and nodded to him.

Nightstrider followed willingly, settling into a seat in the corner. She set her cube on the table while she got comfy.

Sideswiep nodded at Prowl and kissed her back happily. When they got to the chairs, he settled in the one that left a spot for Sunny to sit next to his mate.

Jazz hummed and followed along, settling in an empty chair across from the two couples. He patted the seat next to him, motioning at Prowl with a smile. Obediantly, he took a sip of medical grade and made a face.

Sunstreaker sat with her and wrapped an arm around her protectively, a habit he would never break.

Whiplash sat with him and chirped, sipping her energon.

"You both have the day off," Prowl reminded them. "The humans are becoming curious."

Nightstrider settled and leaned against Sunstreaker, grabbing her energon cube. Her antenna's angled upwards as she took a sip. "Curious about what?" She asked.

Sideswipe slipped an arm around her back gently, sipping his own energon. he was curious about the answer as well.

Jazz hummed. "They are?"

"Not only do we have a former Decepticon in our ranks, but two femmes who have now taken mates and are very reclusive." He began. "They are asking questions."

"They can frag off," Sunstreaker sneered.

Whiplash twitched her wings, frowning.

Nightstrider scowled. "I'm not much of a fan of organics. Tell them that i'm reclusive because I have a phobia of organics." she snorted. "And being a former 'Con shouldn't matter. I'm almost a specialist in torture and hand to hand fights, and none of you are bothered by that."

Sideswipe's face mirrored Sunstreakers. "I agree with Sunny. We aren't socialites; we weren't before we were mated, and that wont change now that we are."

Jazz hummed with a frown, sipping his drink thoughtfully.

"And the few humans that have seen them are noticing things, such as the bulge," He nodded to Nightstrider.

Whiplash grumbled and drank her energon. "Glitches. I hate them. Never could trust me."

Sunstreaker held his mate closer.

A hand rested on her stomach, and Nightstrider frowned. "Well, you can tell them that i'm carrying, or you can just say that i'm a fatass." she sipped her energon.

Sideswipe growled softly and sipped his energon. "They wont do anything, will they?"

Jazz unconsciously rested a hand over his own stomach. If they were making a fuss over a femme carrying, then what would be their reaction to the fact that mechs could get pregnant too?

"Prime has said we cannot tell them our race can reproduce," He sighed. "Too dangerous... they may want to experiment."

Whiplash immediately covered her stomach and squeaked.

Sunstreaker stiffened.

Nightstrider growled loudly. "Then how are we going to explain the Sparkling's appearance?" she snarled, setting the cube down to cover her stomach with her hands.

Sideswipe curled his arm around, resting it over her stomach protectively. "They try, I have no qualms about crushing them, Primes orders or not."

Jazz unconsciously fluffed his armor. They wouldn't take his sparklings. He wouldn't let them.

"We understand little about them, just as they understand little about us. It's left up to Prime on what to do," Prowl reached out and patted his mates thigh.

Sunstreaker snarled angrily.

Whiplash hissed and chattered. "Nor do i."

Nightstrider hunched down slightly, leaning into Sunstreaker. "Worst comes to happen, is we leave this area and go where they wont find us... Like Canada." she grunted.

Sideswipe tugged her to him slightly. "We wont let anything happen to our mates, Prowl. Prime knows this." his optics glinted coldly at he tactician. "The humans will learn their place. If they mess with us, we'll mess with them."

Jazz closed his hand around his mates and clenched it worriedly.

Prowl nodded in agreement. He would protect Jazz at all costs.

Whiplash leaned into him, whining.

Sunstreaker nuzzled her soothingly.

Nightstrider let off a soft keen and sighed, finishing her energon swiftly and setting it down to cuddle into his side.

Sideswipe trilled softly in a soothing tone.

Jazz swallowed his medical grade thickly.

The sounds of small but firm boots preluded the arrival of a human as the man walked into the Rec Room like a peacock. He spotted his prey and approached the bots. "Hey, you! Tatctician Prowl. I need to have a word with you." he eyed the other robots with his target at the table. "Coincidently it concerns them too."

Sunstreaker stiffened and looked at the human.

Prowl looked at the human. "And what is it that you need?"

Whiplash glared.

Nightstrider cast the human a look and discreetly lifted her feet up so that the male couldn't touch her.

Sideswipe kept his arm protectively around his mate.

Jazz exhaled softly, fixating the human with a dark look.

"Sorry to have interrupted your lunch hour." For outside appearences, the man wasn't bothered by the look. He tapped his toe. "Your Prime wont answer any of our questions regarding those two," he flapped a hand at the vaugly female looking robots. "So the head of my sector sent me down here to get answers first hand, and I expect them to be answered. First off; who exactly are these two new bots? They've been here for months, and all that we know is that they occasionally run patrols, and that the black one over there has steadily been gaining weight. Our reports state that they are in the medical bay multiple times every day. We dont know if we can trust them, they don't socialize with humans, and for all intents and purposes, they seem like they're more likely to go AWOL like Sentinel Prime did back in DC. We want answers, Prowl, and we want them now."

Sunstreaker held her close.

Whiplash clicked at him.

Prowl gave him a level look. "The femmes are new recruits obviously, called here by the Prime. They have not integrated into the culture yet, not all arrivals get used to things at the same pace. Their med bay visits are required check ups as femmes need this, just as human females do."

Nightstrider took comfort from him and remained silent.

Sideswipe clicked back softly.

The man gave Prowl the same level look. "A Decepticon called by Prime?" He asked snidly. "Unless she was undercover, I doubt it. I'll give you the not integrated bit; I imagine in your place I would be much the same. However, the other femmes here, Arcee, Chromia, Elita-1, none of them go to the medical bay as often, and even when they first got here, they weren't doing this for nearly as long. So ether there something going in health wise with these femmes of yours," he glanced purposefully at the black ones distended abdomen, noting that it twitched slightly, as if something were shifting, "Or there is something important that you aren't telling us. Something that we want to know."

Sunstreaker clicked soothingly.

Whiplash whined quietly.

Prowl took a deep breath. "They... have health issues you could say. One was a Decepticon prisoner, so she needs quite a bit of treatment."

Nightstrider did not like the look the man gave her and willed her sparkling to settle down ad she clicked back to Sunstreaker.

Sideswipe soothed her softly.

The man tapped his toe again. "What sort of health problems? These are the things we need to know, Prowl. Is she allergic to something? We want to make your stay on earth as... easy... as possible." he grunted. "That still does not explain why she looks like she's pregnant." he said.

Jazz's mouth puckered at the mans unknowingly accurate guess.

Sunstreaker soothed her as best he could.

Whiplash wanted nothing more than to squish him.

Prowl clicked. "Mental, from the torture and physical, again from the torture. She was starved so she's gaining her weight back. She was a fighter as well."

Nightstrider simply settled for tucking her face into his neck with a soft distressed noise.

Sideswipe grimaced as he shared the same thoughts with his mate.

The man caught the black femme turning away, and mistook the movement for remembering the experience. "I see." he coughed awkwardly. "Well, I thank you for explaining that to me. A fighter? Interesting... But it doesn't explain why the weight gain is only in her middle." He pressed. He wanted all the details, and he was determined to get them.

sunstreaker growled softly.

Whiplash vibrated her armor threateningly, hissing.

"You would have to ask Ratchet but I am not at liberty to discuss her medical needs or records," Prowl told him.

Nightstrider twitched slightly at his growl, her wings fluttering nervously.

Sideswipe tried to soothe her; attacking the human would be bad.

The man stared up at Prowl. "Ah, yes, the Medic bot. I think I will go speak to him." he nodded and strolled off towards the med bay. "No doubt i'll see you all later." He promised.

Sunstreaker nuzzled her softly.

Whiplash settled down just a little bit.

Prowl said nothing to him.
